Please note that students will only be able to access the scholarship application when their program status is marked "Active" by the team leader or database administrator.

Any of the fields you leave selected here will appear as fields/questions in the student application. You can chose to unselect any fields you don't think you will need to determine your scholarship winners. Select the (*required) box if you wish to make it a required field.
Please note: Applicants will be prompted to update their contact information in their student profile.

Scholarship Terms
Use this section to provide Scholarship Terms specific to your affiliate. You can upload a PDF document and/or use the text box to explain the terms.
CUSTOM FORM FIELDS
Use this option to create custom questions/fields that will appear at the end of this section of the application. Use the "Field Label" box to type your question/field name and choose an appropriate field type to capture your desired response.
Your field type options are:
- Text – Single line text-input field. Up to 250 characters
- Text Area – For typing paragraphs. Unlimited characters
- Select – Drop down (only one selection possible)
- Check Boxes – Multiple selections are possible
Please Note: By clicking Publish, the scholarship will appear in student profile.
We don't recommend making changes after a scholarship has already been published. However, if edits are necessary, you must hit "publish" again for the changes to save. If you hit "save draft" the scholarship will revert to draft mode and students will not be able to access it anymore.
